Our role
Vertical Infill Partners, LLC coordinates real estate development on behalf of clients who own their properties directly. Vertical Infill Partners is not a licensed contractor and does not perform construction. It is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and it does not act as a real estate broker or agent. Construction, brokerage, lending, legal, tax and property management services are provided by independent, appropriately licensed professionals under their own agreements.

Affiliated companies
Co-founder Garrett Reuter owns Reuter Group, Inc., a licensed general contractor (CSLB #1106471), and Skylight Realty, a property management company. These companies are separate from Vertical Infill Partners and may be proposed to provide services on client projects under separate agreements. Any such affiliated relationship, and the related fees, will be disclosed in writing before a client commits.
Founder experience
Experience and figures described on this website relate to the founders' work at other companies, including Reuter Group, Inc., Skylight Realty, CourseKey and Portico. They are not projects, results or a track record of Vertical Infill Partners, which was founded in 2026, and they are not an indication of future results.
